Driver Partner Responsibilities

Driver Partners are expected to provide transportation services professionally and in accordance with applicable laws, safety requirements and Mera Shathi operational requirements.

• Keep the vehicle reasonably clean and suitable for service.
• Follow applicable traffic rules.
• Provide accurate registration and verification information.
• Treat customers professionally and respectfully.
• Protect customer information received through the service.

Driver Partner approval and continued participation may depend on applicable verification and operational requirements.

Fares & Payments

Applicable ride charges may depend on the service category, route, distance, time, location, availability and other factors applicable to the particular service.
